This strain is for fermenting your “California Common” beer. Cablecar can produce clean pseudo lagers at ale temperatures but is also willing to work as a traditional lager strain down to the mid-50s.

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering during summer months.
